1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada / Australia / UK: 7–18 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs inspection, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

We offer two shipping options based on your needs:

Standard Shipping

  • Order Total $0 – $60: Shipping fee $5.99

  • Order Total $60 and above: Free Shipping

Fast Shipping

  • Flat fee: $9.99

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

Shipping fees will be shown at checkout. Some promotions may offer additional free shipping options.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Missing apartment / suite number

  • Unavailable recipient

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If a package is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please contact us if you believe your shipment is lost.

Delayed Packages

Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control, but we will assist whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will assist you.
